Historic Dean Castle is offering a unique opportunity of a behind-the-scenes tour including access to areas normally closed to the public.
You can uncover centuries of Scottish history as you walk in the footsteps of the families who once called the Ayrshire fortress home.
The next tour takes place on Sunday, March 23 with the 90-minute event designed to guide visitors through the castle’s impressive structure, offering unparalleled views of the surrounding landscape from the battlements.
Visitors will also have the chance to explore the upper floors, navigating narrow passageways and winding staircases that reveal hidden corners of this iconic building. Every step brings new insights into the castle’s rich past.
With a capacity of just 20 people per tour, the experience offers an intimate and personal way to discover the history and heritage of Dean Castle.

Please note that the tour involves navigating uneven surfaces, narrow passageways, and spiral staircases. Certain areas of the castle may be restricted due to weather conditions, and the 90-minute duration is an approximate guideline.
